General Reservation Information
Peak Season: May-August, including off-season holiday weekends.
Off Season: September-April, not including off-season holiday weekends.
Minimum Stay: 2 Night Minimum (except Holiday Weekends--3 Night Minimum)
Deposits: 30% of total cost or 1 nights stay (whichever is greater) due at time of booking
Damage Deposit: $200.00 (refundable after 10 days of last day of stay)
Cancellations: 1/3 of deposit is nonrefundable. 2/3 of deposit refunded with notice of 30 days or more.
Check-In Time: After 3:00 pm
Check-Out Time: By 10:00 am
Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed.
Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed in the homes.
Additional Guests: Reservations can be canceled with no refund of your deposit if additional guests are brought in without prior approval of management.
