General Reservation Information
| Peak Season: | May-September, including off-season holiday weekends. |
| Off Season: | October-April, not including off-season holiday weekends. |
| Minimum Stay: | 2 Night Minimum (except Holiday Weekends--3 Night Minimum) |
| Deposits: | 30% of total cost or 1 nights stay (whichever is greater) due at time of booking |
| Damage Deposit: | $200.00 (refundable after 10 days of last day of stay) |
| Cancellations: | 1/3 of deposit is nonrefundable. 2/3 of deposit refunded with notice of 30 days or more. |
| Check-In Time: | After 3:00 pm |
| Check-Out Time: | By 10:00 am |
| Pet Policy: | Sorry, no pets allowed. |
| Smoking Policy: | No smoking allowed in the homes. |
| Additional Guests: | Reservations can be canceled with no refund of your deposit if additional guests are brought in without prior approval of management. |
