Traveling from Loveland into Estes Park, at the base of the Rocky Mountains, the River winds through the Canyon along Hwy 34.
A Riverside Resort is Located Midway to the South of the River. Its private entrance Bridge, built in 2018 connects Hwy 34 to the Resorts Private Lands. All three Homes nestled at the base of Sheep Mountain and each one with Fantastic Custom Decks to Relax by the River.
