Big Thompson Canyon River at A Riverside Resort

Traveling from Loveland into Estes Park, at the base of the Rocky Mountains, the River winds through the Canyon (the narrows) along Hwy 34.

A Riverside Resort is Located Midway to the South of the River. Its private entrance Bridge, built in 2018 connects Hwy 34 to the Resorts Private Lands. Over 1600 Feet of Riverfront Access. All three Homes nestled at the base of Sheep Mountain and each one with Fantastic Custom Decks to Relax by the River.

The Constant Roar of the Rivers Flow drowns out the Bustle of Travelers along 2 lane HWY 34.

On top of the Back Mountain, all that you can Hear is the Wind
